Nudestix Intense Matte Lip Cheek Pencil Review

I took a trip to Sephora recently to pick up the Nudestix Intense Matte Lip Cheek Pencils. I picked up the shade Belle because it is a neutral everyday colour that I think is flattering on my skin tone.

The Pencil comes in a sleek black tin that has a mirror perfect for applying product on the go. It is also extremely cute and I can totally see myself adding it as decoration on my vanity. The product itself comes in a pencil that you need to sharpen, which is a drawback for me as I prefer mechanical pencils but at least the pencil comes with its own sharpener in the tin.

When picking out colours I was debating between Kiss and Belle but decided on Belle as it is less pink and more of a neutral shade. I can totally see myself wearing this everyday because it adds some colour to the lips without being super noticeable.

The formula is matte but not drying to the lips which is amazing because most matte lip products really dry my lips out. It is long lasting which is awesome as reapplying lipstick is the most annoying thing ever.

I have not tried this pencil on my cheek because I am not a fan of cream blushes so I can not tell you how it lasts on the face.

I also decided to pick up the Blur Pencil from Nudestix, as it is supposed to act as a primer. I can’t comment that it makes the lipstick last longer, but it does help smooth out the lips which helps for a nicer application of the product as well as for the lipstick to not settle into fine lines.

Overall, I really do like the Nudestix Intense Matte Lip and Cheek Pencil and can see myself buying more. I think these products would make a great gift for anyone as they are foolproof because of their easy application and also are great themselves.

Talk soon,
Madison 🙂
